CA125、CA50、CEA在贲门癌患者体内变化意义研究

Significance of changes of CA125,CA50 and CEA in patients with cardiac cancer

目的观察贲门癌患者的糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原50(CA50)、癌胚抗原(CEA)表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法选择2016年3月—2018年8月本院治疗的80例贲门癌患者与80名体检的健康成年人作为研究对象,将贲门癌患者纳入贲门癌组和体检的健康成年人纳入对照组。观察两组肿瘤标志物水平,比较不同临床病理特征贲门癌患者肿瘤标志物水平的差异。分析影响贲门癌患者肿瘤标志物表达情况的因素。结果贲门癌组患者的血清CA125、CA50、CEA水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期为Ⅲ期、组织学分级为中、低分化、有淋巴结转移的贲门癌患者的CA125、CA50、CEA水平较高,不同性别的贲门癌患者CA125、CA50、CEA水平无明显差别(P>0.05);将单因素分析有意义的因素作为自变量,将CA125、CA50、CEA水平作为因变量进行回归分析,结果显示,淋巴结转移是影响贲门癌患者CA125、CA50、CEA水平的因素。结论贲门癌患者的CA125、CA50、CEA表达水平较高,且受淋巴结转移情况的影响。

Objective To observe the expression of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50)and carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)in patients with cardiac cancer and analyze their clinical significance.Methods 80 patients with cardiac cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were selected as cardiac cancer group.At the same time,80 healthy adults who were admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as controls.The levels of tumor markers in the two groups were observed,the differences in the levels of tumor markers in patients with cardia cancer of different clinicopathological characteristics were compared,and the factors that affect the expression of tumor markers in patients with cardia cancer was analyzed.Results Serum CA125,CA50 and CEA levels in the cardia cancer group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant.The CA125,CA50,and CEA levels were higher in the patients of clinical stage III,medium and poorly differentiated histological grade,with lymph node metastasis.There were no significant differences in CA125,CA50,and CEA levels between patients with cardiac cancer of different genders.The positive factors of single factor analysis were used as independent variables,and CA125,CA50 and CEA was used as dependent variable,regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis was a factor affecting the expression level of CA125,CA50 and CEA levels in patients with cardiac cancer.Conclusions The expression levels of CA125,CA50 and CEA in patients with cardiac cancer are higher and are affected by lymph node metastasis.
