补肾活血方联合超短波对腰椎间盘突出患者腰椎功能恢复速度的影响

Influence of invigorating-kidney activating-blood prescription combined with ultrashort wave on the speed of lumbar function recovery in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的分析补肾活血方联合超短波对腰椎间盘突出治疗患者腰椎功能恢复速度的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2020年2月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者100例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两且,每组各50例。对照组采用超短波治疗,观察组采用补肾活血方联合超短波治疗。分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组腰腿疼痛、下肢麻木、下肢放射、脊柱偏歪及椎旁压痛等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组各项中医症候评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组β-内啡肽(β-EP)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、氧化应激因子[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]及关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组β-EP、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及腰椎前屈、腰椎后伸活动度高于对照组,MMP-3、丙二醛(MDA)水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周、4周后观察组JOA评分高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方联合超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出能有效缓解腰腿痛症状,促进腰椎功能恢复及关节活动度恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of invigorating-kidney activating-blood prescription combined with ultrashort wave on the speed of lumbar functional recovery in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation those admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to February 2020 were enrolled in the study and they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave,and the observation group was treated with invigorating-kidney activating-blood prescription combined with ultrashort wave.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results Before the treatment,there were no significant difference in the scores of anterior lumbar leg pain,lower extremity numbness,lower extremity radiation,spinal skew and paravertebral tenderness between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference inβ-endorphin(β-EP),metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),oxidative stress factors[Superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA)]and joint activity between the two groups(P>0.05).The levelβ-EP、superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the activity of lumbar flexion and lumbar extension after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),however,MMP-3,malondialdehyde(MDA)levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score and low back pain score of Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the ODI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Invigorating-kidney activating-blood prescription combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation could effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function and the recovery of joint mobility,which is worthy of clinical application.
