槲皮素在心血管疾病方向研究进展

Research progress of quercetin in cardiovascular diseases

槲皮素是黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于自然界中,目前已有研究发现槲皮素有多种药理作用,尤其在心血管疾病药用价值突出,如抗氧化应激清除氧自由基,抗血小板聚集在冠心病治疗中发挥作用,减轻心肌纤维化改善心室重构和心功能,保护血管内皮,改善肺动脉高压,抗再灌注心律失常,减轻心肌免疫、病毒相关炎性损伤等方面发挥药理活性作用。本文主要阐述槲皮素在心血管疾病方面研究进展。

Quercetin is one of the flavonoids,widely exists in nature.The current study proved that the quercetina variety of pharmacological effects,especially the effects in the medicinal value of cardiovascular diseases,such as pharmacological activity in antioxidant stress in removal of oxygen free radicals,anti platelet aggregation function in coronary heart disease treatment,reduce myocardial fibrosis in ventricular remodeling and cardiac function,protecting vascular endothelium,improve pulmonary hypertension,anti reperfusion arrhythmia,reduce myocardial immunologic and virus related inflammatory injury.This article mainly discusses the research progress of quercetin in cardiovascular disease.
