The Educational Data Governance under the Technical Governance Paradigm

技术逻辑导向的教育数据治理将显著提高教育数据的安全和质量,保障数据治理业务的高效、稳定开展。文章在阐述当前教育数据治理面临的治理困境和传统治理路径的局限性驱动教育数据治理效果不佳的基础上,梳理了技术治理范式下教育数据治理中的关键技术、技术关系与技术功用。在未来,技术治理范式下的教育数据治理将面临高成本的信息基础设施建设、失序的智能技术应用生态、边界模糊的教育数据治理业务以及潜在的教育数据伦理风险四方面的挑战。

Technical logic oriented educational data governance will obviously improve the security and quality of educational data,and ensure the carrying out of data governance business with efficiency and stability.The article,on the basis of expounding the governance difficulties faced by the current educational data governance,the limitations of traditional governance routes,and poor effect of driving educational data governance,combed the key technologies,technical relations and technical functions in the educational data governance under the technical governance paradigm.In the future,the educational data governance under technical governance paradigm will meet challenges like information infrastructure construction of high cost,out-of-order intelligent technology application ecology,educational data governance business with vague boundaries,and potential educational data ethic risks.
