摘要
通过电石炉煤气干法冷却设备的设计计算,得出采用Φ45的不锈钢冷却管束,通过错排的方式,布置在6m×3.5m×1.5m的冷却器内的方案。冷却空气由轴流风机从下往上,横向掠过不锈钢冷却管束。轴流风机运行台数根据煤气进出口温度进行选择控制。
Through the design and calculation of the dry cooling equipment of calcium carbide furnace gas,a program was drawn that aΦ45 stainless steel cooling tube bundle can be adopted with a staggered arrangement in the 6 m×3.5 m×1.5 m cooler.Cooling air passes through the stainless steel cooling tube bundle from bottom to top by the axial fan.The number of axial flow fans is controlled according to the temperature at the gas inlet and outlet.
