分析了回转式空气预热器换热元件碎裂的原因,制定了预防措施。通过实践验证,该方法对防止换热元件碎裂及由此造成的空预器阻力增大具有明显效果。

This paper analyzes the causes of cracking of the heat exchange elements in a rotary air preheater,and formulates preventive measures.Through practice,this method has obvious effect on preventing the heat exchange elements from breaking which leads to increase of air preheater resistance.
