多级节流孔板的设计分析与试验研究

摘要 按照AP1000化容系统(CVS)中节流孔板的参数要求,设计了多种结构型式,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件进行了分析,选出了最优性能的结构,并对其进行了试验验证。分析和试验结果表明:该多级节流孔板满足设计参数要求。 According to the parameter requirements of the throttle orifice in the AP1000 chemical volume system(CVS),a variety of structure types are designed and analyzed by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The structure with the best performance is selected and verified by experiments.The analysis and test results show that the multi-stage orifice meets the design parameters.
