摘要 为分析某型火炮协调器在控制程序无误的情况下仍出现控制未到位的问题,以协调器的机电液系统为分析对象,提出一种基于故障树分析(fault tree analysis,FTA)系统故障点的方法。以协调器控制未到位为顶事件进行系统故障分析并建立故障树;对协调器故障树进行定性分析,找出其最小割集;定量分析故障树顶事件发生概率和底事件故障概率以及重要度,结合底事件分析中间事件发生概率;并对协调器部件故障发生概率进行排序和分析。结果表明:该方法能避免盲目操作,提高维修效率。 In order to analyze the certain type artillery coordinator that still has the control problem even when the control program is correct,the electro-hydraulic system of the coordinator is taken as the analysis object,and based on fault tree analysis(FTA),a method which analyzing system failure points is proposed.Analyze system faults and establish a fault tree with the top event of the coordinator control not in place.Qualitatively analyze the fault tree of the coordinator to find its minimum cut set.Quantitatively analyze the occurrence probability of the top event,the bottom event failure probability and importance degree.And analyze the probability of intermediate events in combination with the bottom event.Sort and analyze the probability of failure of the coordinator components.The results show that this method can avoid blind operation and improve maintenance efficiency.
