脑电刺激和外周电刺激治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的镇痛效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)和经皮神经电刺激(TENS)治疗慢性非特异性腰痛(CNSLBP)的镇痛效果。方法选择2018年3月~2020年3月在本院就诊的104例CNSLBP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为TENS组、tDCS组和联合治疗组各34例。观察三组患者治疗后数字评分量表(NRS)、口述评分量表(VRS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和Roland-Morris功能障碍量表(RMDQ)评分的改善情况。结果三组患者治疗后的NRS、VRS、ODI和RMDQ评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,联合组的4项指标改善情况均显著优于TENS和tDCS组,TENS组显著优于tDCS组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论tDCS联合TENS可有效缓解CNSLBP患者的疼痛程度,改善腰部功能状态。 Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)on chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNSLBP).Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,104 patients with CNSLBP who were treated in our hospital were selected in the study.The patients were divided into TENS group,tDCS group and combined treatment group,with 34 cases in each group.The NRS,VRS,ODI and RMDQ of the three groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The NRS,VRS,ODI and RMDQ scores of the three groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of four indicators in the combined group was significantly better than that in the TENS group and tDCS group,and the improvement in the TENS group was significantly better than that in the tDCS group(P<0.05).Conclusion tDCS combined with TENS can effectively relieve the pain of NSCLBP patients and improve the lumbar function.
