摘要
目的建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定职业场所空气中铍的方法。方法样品中加入5 mL硝酸微波消解后,以0.2%的硝酸做样品稀释液,以2%氯化钙做基体改进剂,溶解试样,用石墨炉原子吸收分光谱法分析铍的含量。结果微波消解样品石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析空气中铍,线性范围0~5.0μg/L内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.01μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.4%~1.0%,加标回收率为99.6%~100.1%,最低定量浓度为0.03μg/L,符合工作场所空气中有毒物质铍的检测要求。结论该方法测定工作场所空气中铍方法简单,结果准确,对预防从业人员职业铍中毒具有重要意义。
Objective To develop the determination method of beryllium in workplace air by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion.Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion with 5 m L nitric acid,and dissolved with 0.2%nitric acid and 2%calcium chloride as matrix modifier.The content of beryllium was analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The beryllium in air was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion,there was a good linear relationship in linear range of 0-5.0μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the detection limit was 0.01μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 0.4%-1.0%,and the recoveries were99.6%-100.1%.The minimum quantitative concentration of this method was 0.03μg/L,which met the requirements of the detection of beryllium in the air of workplace.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for the determination of beryllium in workplace air,which is of practical significance for the prevention of occupational beryllium poisoning in employees.
