摘要
目的探讨工作压力和健康促进生活方式在护士睡眠质量和工作满意度间的中介作用和调节作用。方法 2019年6—8月,采用一般调查问卷、中国护士压力源量表、健康促进生活方式量表-I、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷和护士工作满意度量表对3 246名护士进行调查。结果不同科室、学历、职务和工作性质的护士工作满意度得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);工作满意度与健康促进生活方式呈正相关(r=0.34,P<0.01),与工作压力和睡眠质量得分呈负相关(r=-0.48、-0.21,均P<0.01);护士工作压力在睡眠质量与工作满意度间的中介效应为-1.18,占总效应(-1.31)的90.74%,工作压力起完全中介作用;高水平的健康促进生活方式可调节睡眠质量与工作满意度的关系(β=0.42,t=2.91,P<0.01)。结论睡眠质量可通过工作压力影响工作满意度,睡眠质量对工作满意度的影响受健康促进生活方式的调节。
Objective To explore the mediating and regulating effects of work stress and health-promoting lifestyle between nurses sleep quality and job satisfaction. Methods From June to August 2019,general questionnaire,Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale,Health Promotion Lifestyle profile-I,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire and Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale were used to survey 3 246 nurses. Results There were statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction scores among nurses in different departments,educational backgrounds,positions and job nature(all P<0.05). Job satisfaction was positively correlated with healthpromoting lifestyle(r=0.34,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with job stress and sleep quality scores(r=-0.48,-0.21,both P<0.01).The mediating effect of nurses’ work stress between sleep quality and job satisfaction was-1.18,accounting for 90.74% of the total effect(-1.31),which played a completely mediating role. A high-level health-promoting lifestyle could adjust the relationship between sleep quality and job satisfaction (β=0.42,t=2.91,P<0.01). Conclusion Sleep quality affects job satisfaction completely through work stress,and the influence of sleep quality on job satisfaction is regulated by health promotion lifestyle.
