心理贫穷在神经质与焦虑敏感性关系中的中介效应

Mediating effect of poverty sense on relationship between neuroticism and anxiety sensitivity

目的探索个体焦虑敏感性特点,心理贫穷在神经质和焦虑敏感性关系中的中介作用。方法2019年7—9月,选取驻沪某海军部队及海军院校发放《焦虑敏感性指数量表-3》《大五人格问卷-44》和《贫穷感量表》,有效回收442份,运用结构方程模型分析变量间关系。结果调查对象焦虑敏感性总分为13.26±12.38,躯体关注为3.50±4.25,社会关注为6.19±5.02,认知关注为3.58±4.10;一线及省会城市和城镇个体焦虑敏感性尤其是社会关注高于农村个体(P<0.05);个体焦虑敏感性及三维度与其人格和心理贫穷感显著相关(P<0.01),且神经质和心理贫穷可以预测个体焦虑敏感性,解释其方差变异的43.1%;中介效应模型和Bootstrap检验结果显示,神经质通过心理贫穷影响个体焦虑敏感性(χ2/df=3.226,P<0.01),比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.974,规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.963,相对拟合指数(RFI)=0.946,递增拟合指数(IFI)=0.974,Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)=0.962,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.071,贫穷感的中介效应为0.301,中介效果量为54.6%。结论心理贫穷在神经质和焦虑敏感性关系之间起部分中介作用,应重点关注高神经质个体,调节其心理贫穷感,降低焦虑敏感性水平和焦虑障碍的发生发展。

Objective To explore the characteristics of individual anxiety sensitivity and the mediating role of psychological poverty in the relationship between neuroticism and anxiety sensitivity.Methods Anxiety Sensitivity Index-3,Big Five Inventory-44 and Poverty Sense Scale were distributed in a naval force and naval college in Shanghai from July to September 2019,and 442 valid questionnaires were collected.The relationship between variables was analyzed by structural equation modeling.Results The total score of ASI-3 was 13.26±12.38,and the score of physical concern,social concern and cognitive concern was 3.50±4.25,6.19±5.02 and 3.58±4.10,respectively.Anxiety sensitivity,especially social concern,was higher in the first-line and provincial capital cities than in the rural areas(P<0.05).Anxiety sensitivity and three dimensions were significantly correlated with their personality and psychological poverty(P<0.01).And neuroticism and poverty sense could predict individuals’anxiety sensitivity and explain43.1%of the total variation.Mediation modeling and Bootstrap test showed that neuroticism affected anxiety sensitivity through poverty sense(χ2/df=3.226,P<0.01),comparative fit index(CFI)=0.974,norm fitting index(NFI)=0.963,relative fitting index(RFI)=0.946,increasing fitting index(IFI)=0.974,Tucker-Lewis index(TLI)=0.962,root mean square error approximation(RMSEA)=0.071,the mediating effect of poverty was 0.301,and the mediating effect was 54.6%.Conclusion Poverty sense plays an role in mediating the relationship between neuroticism and anxiety sensitivity.It is necessary to pay more attention to high neuroticism individuals and regulate their poverty sense,reducing the level of anxiety sensitivity and the occurrence and development of anxiety disorders.
