军校医学生学校归属感现状及影响因素

Analysis on status quo and influencing factors of sense of belonging of military medical students

目的探讨军校医学生学校归属感现状及其影响因素,为军校医学生的教育和管理提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法,于2020年5—6月对1396名军校医学生的学校归属感进行调查,以单因素和多元线性回归方法分析军校医学生学校归属感影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷1257份,有效率为90.04%。军校医学生学校归属感得分为67.69±13.14;学员性质、是否参加课外活动、寝室内部关系、是否适应学校管理、军校内是否有亲密关系及对学校整体满意度是军校医学生学校归属感的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论军校医学生学校归属感处于中等偏上水平,学校应重视校园环境和教辅设施和文化建设,加强无军籍学员的管理和教育,优化学员干部和辅导员双重管理机制,通过鼓励学员参加课外活动等方式来促进师生和学生间的交流,增强学员学校归属感。

Objective To explore the current situation of the sense of belonging of military medical students and its influencing factors,provide a reference for the education and management of military medical students.Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the sense of belonging of 1396 military medical students from May to June 2020,and the factors affecting the sense of belonging of military medical students were analyzed by single factor and multiple linear regression methods.Results A total of 1257 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective rate was 90.04%.The score of sense of of school belonging of military medical students was 67.69±13.14.The nature of the students,whether to participate in extra-curricular activities,the relationship between the interior of the dormitory,whether to adapt to school management,whether there is an intimate relationship in the military school,and the overall satisfaction with the school were the influencing factors of the sense of belonging of military medical students(all P<0.05).Conclusion The sense of belonging of military medical students is at the upper-middle level.The school should pay attention to the campus environment,teaching auxiliary facilities and cultural construction,strengthen the management and education of non-military cadets,optimize the dual management mechanism of cadet cadres and counselors,and encourage students to participate in extra-curricular activities to promote communication between teachers and students,so as to enhance students’sense of school belonging.
