摘要
概述了部分动力煤选煤厂脱粉的原因及脱粉的意义,介绍了交叉筛在高效干法深度筛分技术中的优势,同时也指出了交叉筛的不足之处,提出了一种深度分级交叉筛成套设备智能化解决方案;该系统基于交叉筛分级模型进行分析,依托于各落料点粒度组成的不同,通过在线检测产品灰分,智能控制闸板的开闭,实现对智能脱粉机组物料“质”、“量”的有效控制。应用结果表明,智能脱粉机组的应用,能够有效控制选煤厂脱粉系统末煤产品的稳定性,减少原煤波动对于产品质量的影响,提高企业经济效益的同时也提高选煤厂筛分过程的智能化水平。
In this paper,the reasons and significance of depulverization in some thermal coal preparation plants are summarized.The advantages of cross screen in the efficient dry deep screening technology are introduced.At the same time,the disadvantages of cross screen are pointed out,and a kind of intelligent solution for complete equipment of deep classification cross screen is proposed.The system is based on the cross-screen classification model for analysis,depending on the particle size composition of each blanking point,through online detection of product ash content,intelligent control of the opening and closing of the gate,to achieve the intelligent pulverizing unit material“quality”and“quantity”effective control.The application results show that the application of intelligent pulverizing unit can effectively control the stability of coal products in pulverizing system of coal preparation plant,reduce the influence of raw coal fluctuation on product quality,improve the economic benefits of enterprises and also improve the intelligent level of screening process of coal preparation plant.
