摘要
重介质选煤技术是当今选煤领域应用的主流技术,重介质悬浮液密度自动控制对重介质选煤效果有着显著的影响。通过分析悬浮液的组成,基于悬浮液组成物质的特性,讨论分析重介质悬浮液的密度特性,在密度特性分析的基础上,确定适合重介分选的密度自动控制系统。阐述了密度自动控制系统的优缺点,分析了密度自动控制系统的发展趋势为通过推动实现悬浮液密度测控的全自动化来提高我国重介质选煤效率。
Dense medium coal preparation technology is the mainstream technology in the field of coal preparation.The automatic control of dense medium suspension density has a significant impact on the effect of dense medium coal preparation.By analyzing the composition of the suspension,based on the characteristics of the components of the suspension,the density characteristics of the dense medium suspension are discussed.Based on the analysis of the density characteristics,the density automatic control system suitable for dense medium separation is determined.This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of density automatic control system,and analyzes the development trend of density automatic control system,so as to improve the efficiency of dense medium coal preparation in China by promoting the full automation of suspension density measurement and control.
