摘要
青龙寺选煤厂压滤细煤泥灰分高、水分高,粘度大,掺配在混煤中会大大降低混煤的品质,且难以单独销售,因此对青龙寺细煤泥进行浮选试验研究。通过小筛分和分步释放浮选试验初步判断浮选提质的可行性,并通过浮选试验,研究捕收剂用量及种类对浮选效果的影响。结果表明:当捕收剂过量使用时,该煤泥在理论上可以得到高产率的低灰精煤。复合药剂FO1和FO3作为捕收剂时,精煤产率和浮选完善指标高于普通柴油,且用量小,其中FO3效果最佳,可以给选煤厂带来良好经济效益。
Qinglongsi Coal Preparation Plant pressure filter fine slime with high ash content,high moisture content and high viscosity will greatly reduce the quality of the blended coal,and it is difficult to sell separately,so the flotation test of Qinglongsi fine slime was carried out.The feasibility of flotation quality improvement was preliminarily judged through small screening and step-by-step release flotation tests,and the influence of collector dosage and type on flotation effect was studied through flotation experiments.The results show that when the collector is overused,the low ash concentration with high yield can be obtained theoretically.Compound agents FO1 and FO3 as collectors have higher cleaned coal yield and better flotation index than that of common diesel and lower consumption,and FO3 has the best effect,it can bring good economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
