摘要
以内蒙古某焦化废水处理项目为实例,分析了焦化废水的水质特点、处理工艺、主要参数和运行成本。实际工程运行效果表明,采用(预处理+生化处理+深度处理)组合工艺,能有效去除焦化废水中的COD和氨氮,出水满足GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》中直接排放指标的要求。该工艺运行电耗、人工成本和药剂成本合计约吨水9.4元。
In this paper,taking a coking wastewater treatment project in Inner Mongolia as an example,the water quality characteristics,treatment process,main parameters and operation cost of coking wastewater were analyzed.The actual project operation results show that the combined process of pretreatment,biochemical and advanced treatment can effectively remove COD and ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater,and the effluent meets the requirements of direct discharge index in GB16171-2012“Emission standard of pollutants for coking chemical industry”.The total power consumption,labor cost and reagent cost of the process is about 9.4 yuan per ton of water.
