首发脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of post-stroke fatigue for first stroke patients

目的通过调查首发脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳状况,分析可能影响卒中后疲劳的相关因素。方法对207例首发脑卒中患者采用一般资料调查表、疲劳严重度量表进行资料收集及调查,采用多重线性回归分析方法分析其卒中后疲劳影响因素。结果首发脑卒中患者疲劳严重度量表得分为(36.38±10.91)分,其中卒中后疲劳97例、占比46.86%。多重线性回归分析结果显示:婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、生活自理能力是造成卒中后疲劳的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论首发脑卒中患者卒中后疲劳发生率较高,受多种因素影响。

Objective To investigate the post-stroke fatigue status for first stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Method Investigate 207 first stroke patients by general information questionnaire and Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS)and collect the information.Analyze the influencing factors of post-stroke fatigue by multiple linear regression analysis.Result Score on post-stroke FSS of first stroke patients is(36.38±10.91)with 97 cases of post-stroke fatigue(46.86%).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that marriage,education level,family monthly income per capita and self-care ability are the main influencing factors of post-stroke fatigue(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a high incidence of post-stroke fatigue for first stroke patients,which is influenced by many factors.
