中国乡村治理体制机制的演变历程及发展特征

The Evolution and Development Characteristics of China's Rural Governance System

全面小康离不开乡村振兴,国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化离不开乡村善治。本研究着眼于乡村治理的重要意义,系统梳理了新中国成立以来乡村治理在治理机构、治理模式、治理内容及城乡治理关系等方面所经历的一系列重要变化。在此基础上,指出了治理中所出现的基层首创精神不断提升、治理公平性不断提高、治理体制可持续性不断加强的发展特征,以期为乡村善治的进一步发展提供方向性借鉴。

A well-off society in an all-round way is inseparable from rural revitalization,and the modernization of the national governance system is inseparable from good rural governance.This research focuses on the importance of rural governance,systematically combing through a series of important changes in governance institutions,governance models,governance content and urban-rural governance relationships etc.since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Based on it,this study points out the development characteristics of the continuous improvement of grassroots initiative,the continuous improvement of governance fairness,and the continuous enhancement of the sustainability of the governance system in rural governance,and hopes to provide a reference for the further development of good governance in rural areas.
