健身气功与瑜伽的异同研究

摘要 健身气功与瑜伽是中印两国悠久历史的文化遗产。本研究运用文献资料法,对比分析法,逻辑分析法,对健身气功与瑜伽的内涵、源流进行深入剖析,从意识根源、赓续发展、创作思维、具体技法、推广方式、习练人群分析了健身气功与瑜伽两者的异同,以期为更好地促进两者在互联网时代的发展,为更多的社会大众受益,为提升人们认知两者文化的内涵奠定基础。 Fitness qigong and yoga are the cultural heritage of China and India with a long history.This paper uses literature review,comparative analysis and logical analysis to explore the connotation and origin of health qigong and yoga.It also analyzes the difference between fitness qigong and yoga from its ideological roots,persist development,creative thinking,the specific techniques,the promotion way and target practicing group,in order to better promote the development under the age of the Internet,benefit the public and raise the comprehensive cognition and cultural connotation foundation for both sport events.
