摘要
目的探讨血红蛋白糖化指数(HGI)与T2DM患者DR的关系。方法选取2018年1~12月于马鞍山十七冶医院内分泌科住院的T2DM患者201例,检测患者眼底、FPG、HbA1c。根据HbA1c、FPG计算HGI,高HGI定义为HGI≥0,低HGI定义为HGI<0。所有患者根据眼底检查结果分为合并DR组(DR,n=49)和单纯T2DM组(T2DM,n=152),分析DR与HGI的关系。结果DR组HbA1c、高HGI比例高于T2DM组[(9.1±2.6)%vs(8.4±2.2)%、53.1%vs 30.3%,P<0.05或P<0.01]。二元Logistic回归分析显示,高HbA1c、HGI是T2DM患者发生DR的危险因素[OR 1.557(95%CI 1.484,5.183),OR 1.480(95%CI 1.218,4.714)]。结论HGI可能是T2DM患者DR风险个体化评估的新指标。
Objective To explore the association between hemoglobin glycation index(HGI)and diabetic retinopathy(DR)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 201 inpatients with T2DM from the Endocrinology Department of The Maanshan Shiqiye Hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled.The clinical parameter including retinal fundus examination,FPG and HbA1c.HGI was calculated according to HbA1c and FPG.High HGI was defined as HGI≥0,while low HGI was defined as HGI<0.According to the results of fundus examination,the patients were divided into merge DR group(n=49)and only T2DM group(T2DM,n=152).Results The level of HbA1c and theproportion of high HGI in DR group were higher than that in T2DM group[(9.1±2.6)%vs(8.4±2.2)%,53.1%vs 30.3%,P<0.05 or P<0.01].Binary logistic regression analysis showed that higher HbA1c and proportion of high HGI increased the risk of DR in T2DM patients[OR 1.557(95%CI 1.484,5.183),OR 1.480(95%CI 1.218,4.714)].Conclusion HGI may be a new indicator for the risk of DR in T2DM patients.
