摘要
本文通过梳理有关研究文献,并遵循协同理论、生产要素学说的原理和方法,揭示后工业社会具有过渡性、两重性和协同性特点的同时,通过构建价值协同模型来阐释资本和知识的协同运营机制,进而剖析纳斯帕斯与腾讯合作的成功之道,以期彰显系统协同机制在后工业社会经济管理中的重要意义和价值。
This paper combs the relevant research literature based on the principles and methods of the synergetics and the theory of production factors. We seek to reveal the post-industrial society carrying with such main traits as transitivity, duality and synergy, meanwhile, giving a profound explanation of the mechanisms for collaborative operations of capital and knowledge by constructing the value synergy model. Further, analyzing the success of cooperation between Naspers and Tencent, thus it highlights the significance and value of the system synergy mechanism of economic management in the post-industrial society.
