On Increasing Farmers’ Income Through Science and Technology from the Perspective of Systematology

农业科技对于农民持续稳定增收、推进乡村振兴战略意义重大。要着力使科技成为农民增收的基本突破口和稳定动力源。要在农业科技要素与农民增收的其他要素以及农业科技要素(子系统)的各个子要素的关系统筹、配套联动中,处理好农民科技增收系统诸要素的相互关系,探索和利用科技推动农民增收的切入点,推动农民持续稳定增收。

Agricultural technology is significantly important in farmers’ sustained and steady income increase and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy. Efforts should be made to make technology become the basic breakthrough and stable source of power for farmers to increase their income. It is necessary to deal with the interrelationship among the various elements of agricultural technology elements and other factors of farmers’ income. It is also necessary to keep exploring and using the technology to promote farmers to continue to increase their harvest and income steadily.
