在复杂系统视域下,内生动力强调从系统内部产生并促进自身发展。"志"为贫困对象内生动力生成的基础条件,衔接生存愿景与生存能力。而内生动力产生前提条件是系统的推力大于阻力,推力由生存愿景演化而成,阻力是阻碍实现生存愿景的力量,是由生存能力不足形成的。通过构建贫困对象内生动力基本结构,分析诸要素及其关系特征,结合缺志的贫困内因,抓住重点与关键组分作为发力点,从修补"志"的三个面向、嵌入与聚合生存能力等方面阐述贫困对象内生动力培育指向。

From the perspective of system, endogenous power emphasizes the power that comes from inside the system and can promote its development. "Zhi" is the prerequisite for the generation of endogenous motive power of the Poverty Object, connecting the survival vision with the survival ability. The key condition of endogenous power generation is that the thrust of the system is greater than the resistance, and the thrust is evolved from the survival vision. Resistance is the force that hinders the realization of the survival vision and is formed by the lack of survivability. By constructing the endogenous dynamic system of the Poverty Object, analyzing the factors and their relationship characteristics, combining the internal causes of poverty with lack of records, taking the key points and key components as the starting point, from the three aspects of repairing the "records", embedding and aggregating the survival ability, etc. This paper expounds the direction of the cultivation of the endogenous motive force of thePoverty Object.
