航天机构力—直线刚度高低温测试平台的研制

摘要 研制了高低温环境下航天对接机构的力—直线刚度测试平台,开发与平台配套的软件系统。该测试系统力检测精度≤0.5%,位移检测精度为±0.03 mm,测控软件系统具备测试任务智能规划功能、仪器快速搭建向导功能、参数自动辅助调整功能、数据分析计算功能、软件可扩展功能、专家数据库功能。通过实验成功验证了在±100℃环境下,该测试平台的测试精度可以满足上述的指标要求。 The force-straight stiffness test platform for the aerospace docking mechanism under high and low temperature environment has been developed,and the software system supporting the platform has been exploited.The force detection accuracy of the test system is less than or equal to 0.5%,and the displacement detection accuracy is±0.03 mm.The measurement and control software system has the function of intelligent planning of test tasks,the function of rapid instrument construction wizard,the function of automatic adjustment of parameters,the function of data analysis and calculation,the function of software expandability,and the function of expert database.It is successfully verified through experiments that the test accuracy of the platform can meet the above mentioned index requirements in the environment of±100℃.
