摘要
本文结合IGBT的基本结构、关键参数解读和IGBT开通和关断的时序分析,以及单管并联方案拓扑结构的电磁感应加热系统的工作原理,输出在IH饭煲、电磁炉产品在IGBT的驱动电阻选型、布局、走线、检锅脉冲宽度选择和反压保护阈值设计的一些注意事项,并提供了理论和实验相结合验证设计可靠性的方法。
This article combines the basic structure of IGBT,the interpretation of key parameters and the timing analysis of IGBT turn-on and turn-off,as well as the working principle of the electromagnetic induction heating system of the single-tube parallel scheme topology.The output is in the IH rice cooker,induction cooker products in the IGBT drive resistance selection some precautions for type,layout,wiring,selection of pulse width for pot detection,and back pressure protection threshold design,and provide a combination of theory and experiment to verify the reliability of the design.
