破壁机搅打区域流体仿真分析

摘要 对四叶、六叶刀片的家用破壁机杯体区域进行研究,以获得破壁机搅打区域流体的运动特性。利用UG、FLUNET软件中的多参考系模型处理旋转的刀片与静止的壁面之间的相互作用,对无偏角的刀片和有偏角的刀片、无扰流筋的杯体和四条扰流筋的杯体、四叶刀片和六叶刀片进行流体仿真分析,得到破壁机搅打区域速度流线分布、湍动能分布、刀片表面压力分布及剪切力分布等规律。通过流体仿真分析对比,有偏角的刀片、四条扰流筋的杯体和六叶刀片的流场流动性能有很大提高,该研究结果可为家用破壁机结构改进提供理论依据。 The cup body region of domestic wall-breaking machine with four-blade and six-blade blades was studied to obtain the fluid motion characteristics in the beating region of the wall-breaking machine.The interaction between the rotating blade and the static wall surface is dealt with using the multi-reference model in UG,and FLUNET software,the fluid simulation analysis is carried out on the non-deflection Angle Blade and the blade with deflection angle,the cup body without spoiler bar,the cup body with four spoiler bars,the four-blade blade and the six-blade Blade Blade,the laws of velocity streamline distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution,pressure distribution and shear force distribution on blade surface were obtained.Through the comparison of fluid simulation,the flow field performance of the blade with Deflection Angle,the cup body with four spoilers and the blade with six blades has been greatly improved.
