右归丸联合穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型勃起功能障碍临床研究

Clinical Study on Yougui Pills Combined with Point Application for Erectile Dysfunction of Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的:观察右归丸联合穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为2组各48例。治疗组采用右归丸(颗粒剂型)口服,联合穴位贴敷关元、神阙;对照组仅服用右归丸(颗粒剂型)治疗。治疗1个月为1个疗程。记录并比较2组患者治疗前后临床疗效及国际勃起功能问卷-5(IIEF-5)评分。结果:治疗1个月后,总有效率治疗组85.42%,对照组72.92%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组IIEF-5评分均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右归丸联合穴位贴敷治疗肾阳虚型ED效果良好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yougui pills combined with point application for erectile dysfunction(ED)of kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral administration of Yougui pills(granule formulations)combined with point application at Guanyuan point(CV 4)and Shenque point(CV 8),and the control group was simply treated with Yougui pills(granule formulations).Both groups were treated for one course,one month being one course.Before and after treatment,the clinical effect and the scores of International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire-5(IIEF-5)in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results:After one-month treatment,the total effective rate was 85.42%in the treatment group and 72.92%in the control group,and there was significant difference being found in the comparison of the clinical effect between the two groups(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05),and the improvement effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yougui pills combined with point application has good effect in ED of kidney yang deficiency type.
