摘要
目的:在西医常规治疗的基础上,观察基于中医体质辨识及四时养生的饮食干预对胃肠功能障碍患者疗效的影响。方法:将胃肠功能障碍患者152例随机分为对照组与研究组各76例。对照组给予多潘立酮片、硫糖铝咀嚼片常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用基于中医体质辨识与四时养生的饮食干预治疗。治疗后比较2组临床疗效及胃肠道激素水平变化。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为92.11%,对照组为76.32%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胆囊素、胃动素水平均较前治疗前升高(P<0.05),胃泌素水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且研究组上述各项指标改善均较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗联合饮食干预对胃肠功能障碍患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者胃肠道激素水平,促进胃肠功能恢复。
Objective:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,to observe the effect of constitution identification based on Chinese medicine and dietary intervention according to four-season preservation on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:A total of 152 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,76 cases in each group.Both groups were given domperidone tablets and sulfoaluminum chewing tablets for routine treatment.The study group was additionally treated with constitution identification based on Chinese medicine and dietary intervention according to four-season preservation.After treatment,the clinical effect and the changes in levels of gastrointestinal hormone were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 92.11%in the study group and 76.32%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cholecystokinin and motilin in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and gastrin levels decreased(P<0.05).And the improvement of the above levels in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of conventional western medicine combined with dietary intervention has a significant effect on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,which can effectively improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormone and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
