中药饼石蜡泥外敷结合清热活血灌肠液保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Study on External Application of Chinese Herbal Cake with Paraffin Wax Combined with Retention Enema with Qingre Huoxue Enema Liquid for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of Dampness-Heat Accumulation Type

目的:观察中药饼石蜡泥外敷结合清热活血灌肠液保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组接受清热活血灌肠液保留灌肠治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予中药饼石蜡泥外敷。2组治疗3个月经周期。比较2组中医证候量表评分、临床疗效、血常规、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候量表评分减少(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后中医证候量表评分减少更明显(P<0.01)。观察组的总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中性粒细胞比例和白细胞计数以及血清CRP水平下降(P<0.01);观察组治疗后中性粒细胞比例和白细胞计数以及血清CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药饼石蜡泥外敷结合清热活血灌肠液保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的疗效显著,能促进中医证候改善,且具有较好的抗炎作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Chinese herbal cake with paraffin wax combined with retention enema with Qingre Huoxue enema liquid for chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat accumulation type.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat accumulation type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with retention enema with Qingre Huoxue enema liquid,and the observation group was additionally treated with external application of Chinese herbal cake with paraffin wax based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles.Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical effect,blood routine,and level of C-reactive protein(CRP)in serum were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01);the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ratio of neutrophil and leukocyte as well as the serum CRP level were decreased in the two groups(P<0.01);the ratio and the level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat accumulation type,the therapy of external application of Chinese herbal cake with paraffin wax combined with retention enema with Qingre Huoxue enema liquid has significant curative effect and good anti-inflammatory effect,which can promote the improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome.
