摘要
为了给沙田柚籽油脂的开发利用提供理论依据和技术支撑,本文以梅州沙田柚籽为原料,通过选择提取的最佳溶剂,并沙田柚籽提取工艺中的提取温度、浸提时间、淋洗时间进行了单因素-响应面法优化得到了最佳油脂提取工艺。研究结果表明,选用正己烷作为提取柚籽油的溶剂,经单因素和响应面试验优化得到浸提温度160℃、浸提时间22 min、淋洗时间41.66 min的条件下,沙田柚籽油脂提取率为44.61%。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the pomelo seed oil and technical support,this paper takes meizhou pomelo seeds as raw material,extracted by selecting the best solvent,and pomelo seed extraction technology of extraction temperature,extraction time,leaching time on the single factor-the response surface method optimization to get the best oil extraction technology.The results showed that n-hexane was selected as the solvent to extract pomelo seed oil,and the extraction rate of pomelo seed oil was 44.61%under the conditions of extraction temperature of 160℃,extraction time of 22 min and leaching time of 41.66 min optimized by single factor and response surface test.
