摘要
文章介绍了一种隐形车衣涂料的制备方法及其影响因素。隐形车衣涂料是一种具有自修复功能的涂料,通过对耐污树脂HLR-SI以及交联剂TMP的比例验证分析,优选耐污树脂20%、TMP为8%时性能最优。同时根据常规耐黄变固化剂对耐污以及拉伸的影响分析验证,制备了一种能够达到耐污效果好、高拉伸、耐老化性能好、自修复性能稳定的涂料。接着验证了涂层厚度对耐污、断裂伸长率以及修复性能的影响,结合成本以及性能综合优选25~30μm干膜厚度,最后通过老化测试,判定配方的实用性。
The article introduces a preparation method and its influencing factors of an invisible car garment coating.Invisible car garment coating is a self-repairing coating.Through the verification and analysis of the proportion of stain-resistant resin HLR-SI and cross-linking agent TMP,the best performance is when stain-resistant resin is 20%and TMP is 8%.At the same time,according to the analysis and verification of the influence of conventional anti-yellowing curing agents on stain resistance and stretching,a coating that can achieve good stain resistance,high stretch,good aging resistance and stable self-repairing performance is prepared.Then the effect of coating thickness on stain resistance,elongation at break and repair performance was verified.The combined cost and performance are combined to optimize the dry film thickness of 25~30μm.Finally,an aging test is used to judge the practicability of the formulation.
