高耐水性聚乙烯醇薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 聚乙烯醇(PVA)的亲水的分子链结构是导致其易吸湿、易溶胀的重要因素之一,限制了PVA薄膜的应用和发展。本文以高醇解度PVA为原料,向PVA基质中加入了多元醇类添加剂,提高PVA料液流延性的同时,促进了PVA薄膜在热处理过程中的表面热交联程度,从而进一步提升了PVA薄膜的耐水性能。所制备的PVA薄膜经80℃的热水浸泡10分钟后,能保持原有的形态,其平衡溶胀比仅为2.98。 The hydrophilic molecular chain structure of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)is one of the important factors leading to its hygroscopicity and swelling,which limits the application and development of PVA films.In this paper,high alcohol solubility PVA was used as raw materia l and polyol additives were added into the PVA matrix to improve the flow ductility of the PVA feed liquid a nd promote the surface thermal crosslinking degree of the PVA film in the heat treatment process,so as to further improve the water resistance of the PVA film.After being immersed in hot water at 80℃for 10 minutes,the prepared PVA film can keep its original shape,and its equilibrium swelling ratio is only 2.98.
