电镀锌钝化膜厚度表征的研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立一定浓度的酸洗液溶解已知表面积的镀锌钝化膜层,电感耦合等离子体[1]原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法[2-3]测定溶解溶液中铬含量方法。该法具有良好的线性关系(相关系数为0.995~0.998)和相对标准偏差(1.0%~2.0%),回收率为95%~105%。采用镀锌产品单位表面积的铬含量来表征镀锌钝化膜层的厚度,同时考察了钝化时间对膜层厚度的影响,得出镀锌钝化膜单位表面积中的铬含量稳定值约3.60μg/cm^(2)。 An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)method was developed for the determination of chromium content in zinc passivation film with known surface area dissolved in a certain concentration of pickling solution.The method has good linearity(correlation coefficient 0.995~0.998),relative standard deviation(RSD)1.0%~2.0%,and recovery of 95%~105%.Chromium content per unit surface area of galvanized products was used to characterize the thickness of galvanized passivation film,and the effect of passivation time on the thickness of the film was investigated.The stable value of chromium content per unit surface area of galvanized passivation film was about 3.60μg/cm^(2).
