泽泻化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Compositions of Alismatis Rhizoma and Their Biological Activities

泽泻在我国有悠久的应用历史,多应用于中医临床复方及多种中成药中,目前从泽泻中分离的化合物主要有萜类、甾醇、苷类、黄酮、多糖、挥发油、脂肪酸等,种类多达226种。现代药理研究表明泽泻具有利尿、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、抑制动脉粥样硬化、免疫调节、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种作用。笔者就近年来泽泻化学成分、药理作用及临床应用做一综述,为进一步利用开发泽泻提供理论依据。

Alismatis Rhizoma has a long history of application in China,which was used in clinical prescriptions and proprietary Chinese medicine.There are 226 kinds of compounds isolated from Alisma orientalis,including terpenoids,sterols,glycosides,flavonoids,polysaccharides,volatile oils and fatty acids.The pharmacological studies show that Alisma orientalis has many effects,such as diuretic,hypolipidemic,lowering blood pressure,hypoglycemic,inhibiting atherosclerosis,immunoregulation,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,etc.In this review,the chemical compositions,biological activities and its clinical application of Alismatis Rhizoma in recent years were summarized.The authors hope to provide references for further study,development and utilization of Alismatis Rhizoma.
