A/O-MBR工艺用于东莞市某城镇污水处理厂提标改造工程实例

Application of A/O-MBR Process in Upgrading and Reconstruction Project of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dongguan City

为满足日趋严格的污水排放标准,东莞市某城镇污水处理厂进行提标改造,出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准提升至一级A标准。工程在现有工艺流程末端增加"A/O-MBR+紫外消毒"深度处理的工艺路线。实际运行结果表明,提标改造后,该污水处理厂出水可稳定达到一级A标准,部分指标甚至达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)中Ⅳ类水标准。

A/O-MBR process was adopted in an upgrading and reconstruction Project of the wastewater treatment plant in Dongguan. The actual operation results showed that, through the upgrading and reconstruction, the quality of effluent water from the said sewage treatment plant could meet the class 1 A standard of the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plants(GB18918-2002), some indexes in the effluent even meet the class IV standard in environmental quality standards for surface water(GB3838-2002).
