摘要
介绍了π型补偿器、波纹补偿器和的结构型式及优缺点;探讨了π型补偿器、大拉杆横向波纹补偿器、带盲板力的波纹补偿器在CaesarⅡ软件中的建模方法;并用CaesarⅡ软件模拟了三种补偿器在某工程热力管道设计中的应用,分析了不同补偿器在此工程应用的优缺点;最终得出了不同管线适用的补偿器形式,提出了不同形式补偿器安装应注意的事项。
Introduced the structure type,advantages and disadvantages ofπ-type compensator,corrugated compensator;discussed the modeling method ofπ-type compensator,large tie rod transverse corrugated compensator,and corrugated compensator with blind plate force in CaesarⅡsoftware;In addition,CaesarⅡsoftware is used to simulate the application of three compensators in the design of thermal pipelines in a certain project,and the advantages and disadvantages of different compensators in this project application are analyzed;finally,the compensator forms suitable for different pipelines is obtained,and points for attention in installation for pipeline compensator form is get.
