紫外法测定地表水石油类精密度偏性试验与质控分析 被引量:4

摘要 进行了紫外分光光度法测定地表水石油类的精密度偏性实验,连续10天对空白、0.1C、0.9C、天然水样、加标样品、统一标样进行2份平行分析。对实验数据进行了曲线截距、空白批次标准差、检出限、变异显著性、总标准差以及质量控制图分析。分析结果均合格,表明实验室分析人员的操作技能合格,对检测方法掌握良好,设备状态和环境控制符合要求,测量系统处于受控状态。 The precision bias experiment for the determination of petroleum in surface water by UV spectrophotometry was carried out.Two parallel analyses of blank,0.1 C,0.9 C,natural water sample,spiked sample and unified standard sample were carried out for 10 consecutive days.The curve intercept,standard deviation of blank batch,detection limit,significance of variation,total standard deviation and quality control chart were analyzed.The analysis results are all qualified,which shows that the laboratory analysts’operation skills are qualified,the detection methods are well mastered,the equipment status and environmental control meet the requirements,and the measurement system is under control.
