怡康灵胶囊水解物色谱指纹图谱的研究

Yi Kang Ling Capsule Hydrolysate of Chromatographic Fingerprints

目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立怡康灵胶囊水解物的指纹图谱,为科学评价和控制怡康灵胶囊质量提供依据。方法:以怡康灵胶囊水解物为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,色谱柱为C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mmID,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2%磷酸水,检测波长为274 nm。结果:怡康灵胶囊水解提取物指纹图谱相似度评价良好,精密度、重现性、稳定性RSD均小于3%,符合指纹图谱的相关要求。结论:怡康灵胶囊水解物的指纹图谱特征性及专属性较强,可有效地用于怡康灵胶囊的质量控制。

Object:To establish the fingerprint of the hydrolysate of Yi Kang Ling capsule by HPLC,and to provide the basis for the scientific evaluation and control of the quality of Yi Kang Ling capsule.Methods:The hydrolysate of Yi Kang Ling capsule was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm ID,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-2%phosphoric acid water,the detection wavelength was 274 nm.Results:The fingerprint similarity of hydrolytic extract of Yi Kang Ling capsule was good,RSD of precision,reproducibility and stability were less than 3%,which met the requirements of fingerprint.Conclusion:The fingerprint of hydrolysate of Yi Kang Ling capsule has strong characteristics and specificity,which can be effectively used for the quality control of Yi Kang Ling capsule.
