影响污泥深度脱水效果的因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 以深圳市两座水质净化厂的污泥作为研究对象,分别探究滤布型号、药剂种类、投加PAM及污泥有机质含量对污泥深度脱水效果的影响。结果表明:对于A水质净化厂产生的离心污泥,1520型号的滤布可以取得更高的产能;新型药剂X和Y联合调理污泥效果好于其他种类药剂,针对A厂较高有机质污泥(有机质含量53%),X和Y两种药剂的投加比分别为30%和10%时,可将污泥含水率压至50%左右;针对B厂较低有机质污泥(有机质含量30%),X和Y两种药剂的投加比分别为15%和3%时,可将该厂污泥压滤至40%左右;此外,在污泥调理前PAM的添加一定程度上会影响污泥深度脱水的效果,但最终调理结果可能与PAM的投加量、调理药剂的投加量及原泥的性质有关。 Taking the sludge from two water purification plants in Shenzhen as the research target,this essay aims to investigate the impact of filter cloth types,reagent types,PAM add or not;and sludge organic matter content on sludge deep dewatering performance.Results indicate that filter cloth type of 1520 can achieve higher production capacity for water purification plant A.Sludge conditioning effect by new reagent X and Y is better than other kinds of agents.For higher organic matter sludge(53%)in water purification plant A,the water content of outlet sludge can be reduced to about 50%when the dosing ratio of X and Y is 30%and 10%respectively.For lower organic matter sludge(30%)in water purification plant B,the water content of outlet sludge can be reduced to about 40%when the dosing ratio of X and Y is 15%and 3%respectively.In addition,the addition of PAM before sludge conditioning will affect the performance of sludge deep dewatering to a certain extent.But the final conditioning result may be related to the dosage of PAM,the dosage of conditioning agents and the properties of raw sludge.
