碳酸二甲酯与正丁醇酯交换合成碳酸二丁酯

摘要 采用碳酸二甲酯与正丁醇为反应原料,通过酯交换反应合成甲基丙烯酸丁酯。考察了不同催化剂及用量、酯醇摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对该反应的影响。结果表明,碱性催化剂碳酸氢钾催化效果较好,在其用量为反应物总质量的1.2%~1.5%,酯醇摩尔比1∶3,反应温度105~115℃,反应时间为6 h的条件下,反应效果最佳,此时碳酸二甲酯转化率为85.6%、碳酸二丁酯选择性为94%。 Butyl methacrylate was synthesized by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and n-butanol.The effects of different catalysts,molar ratio of ester to alcohol,reaction time and temperature on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the catalytic effect of basic catalyst KHCO3 was better.The optimum conditions were as follows:the amount of KHCO3 was 1.2%~1.5%of the total mass of reactants,the molar ratio of ester to alcohol was 1∶3,the reaction temperature was 105~115℃,and the reaction time was 6 h.The conversion of dimethyl carbonate was 85.6%,and the selectivity of butyl methacrylate was 94%.
