摘要
针对大比例使用高结晶水褐铁矿导致方形结构料仓粘料严重影响混匀造堆质量的问题。通过耐磨衬板设计、方形料仓内部形状改进、方形料仓下段增装仓壁振打器和电气控制系统改造的一系列优化措施,解决了料仓棚料造成的下料中断,提高了混匀造堆质量。
In view of the problem that the use of Limonite in a large proportion leads to the sticking of the square structure Bin and seriously affects the quality of the blended pile-up. Through a series of optimization measures,such as the design of wear-resistant lining board,the improvement of the inner shape of the square bin,the installation of a Bin Wall vibrator in the lower section of the square bin,and the renovation of the electrical control system,the interruption of the shed material feeding was solved,the quality of blending reactor is improved.
