摘要
介绍冷轧酸轧机组乳化液系统的特点。针对乳化液系统使用过程中润滑效果差,维修费用高的问题,提出对乳化液系统真空过滤器进行技术改进与优化。改进后乳化液运行效果有了大幅度提高,并取得良好的效果。
Introduced the characteristics of the emulsion system of the cold rolling and pickling mill.Aiming at the problem of poor lubrication effect and high maintenance cost of the emulsion system,proposed technical improvements and optimization measures for the vacuum filter of the emulsion system. After the improvement,the running effect of the emulsion has been greatly improved and good results have been achieved.
