社区精神分裂症患者采用主动式社区治疗对精神状况及家庭负担的改善作用

Effect of active community therapy on mental status and family burden of patients with schizophrenia in community

目的探析社区精神分裂症病人采用主动式社区治疗对精神状况及家庭负担的改善情况.方法本次研究共计40例观察对象,均为2019年10月~2020年11月本社区接收的精神分裂症病人,依据不同的治疗方案分为参照组(n=20,常规社区随访)和实验组(n=20,主动式社区治疗).对比两组精神状况和家庭负担改善情况.结果治疗后,实验组精神状况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者家庭负担低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论社区精神分裂症病人采用主动式社区治疗,可以改善病人精神状态,减轻病人家庭负担,可在临床中进一步推广.

Objective To explore the effect of active community therapy on mental status and family burden of schizophrenic patients in community.Methods A total of 40 schizophrenic patients in our community from October 2019 to November 2020 were divided into control group(n=20,routine community follow-up)and experimental group(n=20,active community treatment)according to different treatment schemes.The mental status and family burden of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the mental status of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the family burden of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion active community therapy for schizophrenia patients in community can improve their mental state and reduce their family burden,which can be further promoted in clinic.
