不同材料行龈壁提升术后高嵌体修复的临床观察

摘要 目的采用不同材料进行龈壁提升后高嵌体修复缺损磨牙效果评价.方法135例139颗牙体缺损达龈下但没有到达龈沟底的患牙随机分成三组,分别采用流动树脂、流动树脂+高填料复合树脂分层技术以及高填料复合树脂进行龈壁提升后高嵌体修复缺损,按照改良USPHS标准对3组修复体成功率进行比较.结果三组在牙龈健康情况、边缘着色、边缘密合性、继发龋、修复体固位方面没有统计学意义.在X-ray表现方面三组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但流动树脂+复合树脂组成功率明显高于复合树脂组和流动树脂组;复合树脂组和流动树脂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论本研究认为流体树脂充填技术、流动树脂+复合树脂分层技术和复合树脂用于龈壁提升均能取得较好临床应用效果,而流动树脂+复合树脂分层技术行龈壁提升术临床效果最佳. Objective To compare the performance of restoring posterior teeth with subgingival defects by onlays after cervical margin relocation(CMR)from different materials.Method One hundred and thirty five patients(139 endodontically treated posterior teeth)with subgingival defects without invading biological width were involved,divided into flowable composite resin group,conventional composite resin group and flowable&conventional composite group with CMR,restored by ceramic onlays at random.Compared the success ratio of the three groups one year after repairing according to the modified USPHS standard.Results In all aspects,there was no significant differences in the success ratio among the three groups(P>0.05),but in the respect of the X-ray,the flowable&conventional composite resin group was much better than others.Conclusion All of the three groups show better clinical performance,therefore,the flowable&conventional composite resin group has the highest success rate.
