多重用药老年住院患者潜在不适宜用药风险分析

An retrospective analysis on the risk of inappropriate medication use in elderly inpatients of polypharmacy

目的调查老年住院患者不适宜用药问题和潜在用药风险.方法回顾性分析2017年~2019年开展797例不适宜用药的患者年龄、性别和不适宜用药问题.将患者分为≥60岁组和<60岁组,依据审核不适宜用药问题类型,统计两组的不适宜用药例数和构成比,采用Χ2检测比较两组差异.结果60岁以上老年患者组不适宜用药612例,占全部不适宜用药问题的76.8%.老年人不适宜用药中不良相互作用和禁忌证用药分别占老年人不适宜用药比例的8.5%和10.9%,与非老年人相比具有显著统计学差异.结论老年患者不适宜用药风险高,应加强对住院老年患者医嘱审核监护和用药监护,防范不良事件发生.

Objective To investigate the risk of inappropriate medication use in elderly inpatients in our hospital.Methods A retrospective study was conducted through analyzing special comments on medical advice of hospitalized patients between 2017 and 2019.Recording the age,gender and inappropriate medication of 797 patients with inappropriate drug use.The 797 patients were divided into two groups,patients≥60 years named as research group and<60 years as control group.The inappropriate medication use of two groups were statistically analyzed and the number and constituent ratio were compared by Χ2 test.Results There are 612 patients with inappropriate drug use in research group,accounted for 76.8%.Harmful drugdrug interactions(DDIs)and contraindication drug use accounted for 8.5%and 10.9%respectively and remarkable difference existed between two groups.Conclusion The risk of inappropriate medication in elderly inpatients is higher than not elder.Pharmaceutical care shoud be strengthen to elder patients and message feedback to doctors,formulating individualization standard on elder patients and keeping away adverse events.
