产程中个性化的饮食指导对孕产妇结局的影响

摘要 目的分析产程中个性化的饮食指导对孕产妇结局的影响.方法在我院2018年10月~2020年10月间收治的待产孕产妇中抽取106例作为研究对象,按照双色球法将其随机分为两组,蓝色球53例作为对照组,接受常规健康指导,产程中根据产妇本人意愿进食,红色球53例作为研究组,接受个性化饮食指导,比较两组产妇产程时间、产妇分娩结局及新生儿情况.结果研究组第一、二产程持续时间均短于对照组,P<0.05;研究组转剖宫产率、宫缩乏力发生均低于对照组,P<0.05;两组产妇催产素应用、产程中呕吐、产后出血发以及新生儿脐动脉血的血糖值、转新生儿科及窒息例数比较均无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组脐动脉血pH水平高于对照组,P<0.05.结论给予孕产妇产程中个性化饮食指导可缩短产妇产程时间,降低剖宫产率,改善产中宫缩乏力情况,调节新生儿脐动脉血pH值,促进母婴健康,具有临床推广价值. Objective To analyze the impact of personalized dietary guidance during labor on maternal outcomes.Methods A total of 106 cases were selected as research subjects among the pending pregnant women admitted to our hospital between October 2018 and October 2020,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the dual color ball method,while 53 cases with blue ball as control group received routine health guidance,during labor according to the mother's own intention to eat,and 53 cases with red ball as research group received personalized dietary guidance to compare the time of labour and maternal components between the two groups.Delivery outcomes and neonatal outcomes.Results The duration of the first and second stage of labour in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05,the rate of conversion to caesarean section and the development of uterine atony in the study group were lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,and the levels of maternal oxytocin application,vomiting during labour,postpartum haemorrhage,and the levels of newborn random blood glucose,the number of transferred NICU cases,and the number of Asphyxia Cases in the study group were not statistically significant,P>0.05.The pH level was higher than that of the control group at P<0.05.Conclusions Giving personalized dietary guidance during the labour of pregnant women could shorten the time of labour,reduce the rate of cesarean section,improve the condition of intrauterine uterine uterine atony,regulate the blood pH of umbilical artery of newborn and promote the health of mother and baby,which is of clinical promotion value.
