化脓性阑尾炎属于外科急腹症常见病证,根据其临床表现,中医辨病属于肠痈,而其辨证多与热、瘀有关,通腑泻热是其治疗的关键.中医根据其临床特点辨证论治,能够取得一定临床疗效.现简单介绍一下中医对化脓性阑尾炎的认识和治疗.

Suppurative appendicitis is a common surgical acute abdominal disease.Based on its clinical manifestations,the disease differentiation in TCM is periappendicular abscess,while the syndrome differentiation is mostly related to fever and stasis.The key to a successful treatment of suppurative appendicitis in TCM is purgation and heatrelease.The TCM treatment for suppurative appendicitis is based on syndrome differentiation,and has achieved certain clinical efficacy.This paper will briefly introduce the recognition and treatment for suppurative appendicitis in TCM.
