Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm-dredging acupuncture combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods A total of 104 patients with refractory depression admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with Mirtazapine Tablets,on this basis, the patients in the observation group were treated with warm-dredging acupuncture. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.46%,which was significantly higher than 71.15%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores, the levels of cortisol(COR),triiodothyronine(T3)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of cognitive function screening scale(CASI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(15.38%vs.9.62%,P>0.05).Conclusion Warm-dredging acupuncture combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of refractory depression can improve the TCM symptoms, cognitive function and neuroendocrine-related indexes of patients.
