摘要
2019年,联合国教科文组织国际教育局发布指向未来的课程、素养及其实现的"三部曲",即"指向21世纪的课程的概念重建和定位重置:全球性的范式转变"、"未来的素养和未来的课程:课程变革的全球性参考框架",以及"变革教学、学习和评价:如何支持素养为本的课程"。"三部曲"提出了21世纪背景下对课程涵义和定位的新认识,并提出了基于现有研究的、指向未来的素养概念和素养框架,同时讨论了为支持素养为本的课程,教学、学习和评价这三个核心要素需要做出的关键变革。
The International Bureau of Education of United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(IBE-UNESCO)published three documents in 2019,"Re-conceptualizing and re-positioning curriculum in the 21 st century:A global paradigm shift","Future competences and the future of curriculum:A global reference for curriculum transformation","Transforming teaching,learning,and assessment:To support competence-based curricula".The main content of these documents include:re-conceptualizing and re-positioning of the curriculum at the background of the 21 st century and the definition of competence and the framework and elements of competence,and the needed changed on the core elements of teaching,learning,and assessment,to support the competence-based curriculum.
